Warp to Level 3-1
Collect 9 lives and surf to the first waterfall in level 1-3. Build up speed, then jump off to the right side of the waterfall that is closest to the top of the screen. While airborne, move away from the waterfall and land near a second waterfall. Go down this second waterfall to warp to level 3-1.
